Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, an Medical Technology company, who are looking for a Tender & Bid Team Leader to join their team in Berkshire. 

Position: Tender & Bid Team Leader                      
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000         
Location: Berkshire (Hybrid)                        
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Lead, support and develop a team of Tender & Bid specialists and administrators. 
• Oversee end-to-end tender and bid processes and operating procedures, ensuring legal and procedural compliance. 
• Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to support decision making.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and provide suggestions on best ways to do this. 
• Coordinate tender and bid submissions. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Educated to degree level or equivalent (ideally in a business, economic or science related field). 
• 3+ years experience in tender and bid or related commercial roles. 
• Leadership experience (advantageous). 
• Strong understanding of tender processes within healthcare.
