Role: Residential Property Solicitor Experience: 5+ Years’ PQE
Location: Whitechapel

Job Description The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, with scope for commercial property work.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support repeat business and long‑term growth.
• Developing your own network of contacts and contributing to business development.
• Providing high‑quality, accurate advice on non‑contentious property matters.
• Working collaboratively with the wider Property and Probate department.
• Supporting, assisting and mentoring junior team members, including Trainees/Apprentices.
• Ensuring excellent client service that reflects the firm’s high professional standards.

The Successful Candidate The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years’ PQE with strong residential property experience (commercial experience advantageous).
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.
• A proven ability to build and maintain a client base and professional network.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience working to and achieving targets.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with case management systems.
• A proactive, problem‑solving and client‑focused approach.
• Desirable: Experience in marketing or networking.
