Office Based/Hybrid: Mostly on site with some office and home working.
DBS Required: DBS required
Rate of Pay: £300 a day umbrella inside IR35
Short Brief/Requirement:
To be responsible for the deliver the Council’s Capital Project programme by managing and monitoring of construction activities on-site of term contractors, sub-contractors’ other departments, utility companies and external organisations.
