Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in Sussex, are looking for a Senior Support Worker to work within the Residential service.

Position: Senior Support Worker - Residential
Rate: £21.93 p/h (Umbrella) 
Contract Duration: Short term, view to extend.
Essentials: 
- Confident Adult Support Worker with residential experience
- Enhanced DBS required for this position

Purpose:

• Help service users maintain or improve daily living within Adult Residential Services. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Support manager with day to day activities and service management
• Work with service users to support outcome based care objectives
• Supporting vulnerable adults with vulnerable and physical needs. 
• Experience of working with adults, who are vulnerable and may become distressed.
