Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their lift and hoists operations. 

Position: Contracts Manager
Rate: £46.84 per Hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35) 
Contract Duration: Temporary (3 Months) Possible Extension   

Purpose:

• Pro-active customer focused lift contracts manager to support the council with their residential passenger lifts and hoists operations. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Support the installation of new equipment and liaise directly with residents to ensure requires service levels are being met. 

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Contracts Manager role or equivalent.
• Have first hand experience of complying to LOLER regulations and be familiar with implementing BSEN 81 regulations to achieve compliance.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
