Role: Private Client Solicitor Experience: 2+ Years’ PQE
Location: Whitechapel

Job Description The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Tax and Trust matters, Court of Protection and deputyship work.
• Providing high‑quality, accurate legal advice across all areas of Private Client law.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Contributing to business development and helping to grow the Private Client department.
• Working collaboratively as part of a close‑knit, supportive team.
• Using the firm’s industry‑leading IT systems and case management software.
• Ensuring compliance with Lexcel and CQS standards and maintaining excellent client service.

The Successful Candidate The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years' post‑qualification experience in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax, trusts, Wills, probate and Court of Protection work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• A proactive, driven approach with a commitment to personal and professional development.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good IT skills and experience working in a case‑management environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support senior colleagues.
