Position: Private Client Lawyer Rate: Competitive  
Location: Essex (Multiple Offices)
Work Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time or Part-time Considered

JOB DESCRIPTION
Your role will include:

• Managing a range of private client matters
• Preparing and advising on Wills, Trusts, and Probate
• Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising on estate planning, tax considerations, and later‑life planning
• Building strong client relationships and growing your own client base
• Supporting the department and firm through general marketing activities
• Delivering a high‑quality, client‑focused service across all work

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified as a solicitor
• Experience handling a broad private client caseload
• Strong client care skills and the ability to nurture long-term relationships
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A proactive and professional approach to work
• Experience with business development or marketing (desired)
