Position: Litigation Assistant Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Henley-on-Thames (Hybrid)
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Your role will include:

• Assisting in the management of litigation caseloads
• Conducting legal research to support commercial dispute matters
• Preparing high‑quality legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising professionally with clients, counsel, and internal teams
• Supporting the firm in delivering excellent litigation services
• Contributing to the development of effective legal strategies
• Participating in the firm’s business development initiatives

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ years PQE in Litigation
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organisational skills
• Confidence managing deadlines and handling multiple matters
• Clear, professional communication skills
• A proactive, detail‑focused approach with the ability to work independently
• Interest in contributing to the firm’s growth and development
