Position: Private Client Admin Support/Secretary

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Meet with clients/visitors, taking instructions or on-boarding them.
• Support fee earners on client matters. This will include file administration and drafting standard documentation. 
• Partake in date input and extraction as well as filling documents. 
• Answer and deal with queries both face-to-face and by telephone. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Experience in a similar client facing environment. 
• Strong administration skills.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally. 
• Computer literate.
