Position: Commercial Property Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Make appointments and keep diaries. 
• Answer and deal with client queries both face-to-face and by telephone. 
• Raise invoices and liaise with the accounts department. 
• Deal with any administrative tasks required by fee earners. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Strong administration and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communicator, both in person and on the telephone.
• Computer literate. 
• Able to relay information to team based on conversations with clients.
