Position: NQ Solicitor – Aviation
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: London
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Your role will include:

• Managing delegated aviation cases
• Running your own caseload
• Supervising and mentoring a team of paralegals
• Providing legal support to airline clients and internal teams
• Conducting legal research, preparing briefs, drafting legal documents
• Supporting senior management with departmental oversight
• Handling all aspects of aviation claims, including liaison with clients, counsel, and courts

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Solicitor
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
• Regulatory and commercial exposure
• Excellent research, drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
• Leadership potential with the ability to manage and support paralegals
• A proactive, self-starting approach and eagerness to learn
• Strong client relationship skills and sound judgement
• Good IT competency
• An interest in aviation is desirable
