Position: Public Law Associate Solicitor – Family Department
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Bolton 
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will manage a varied caseload and be responsible for:

• Handling care and public law files
• Undertaking your own advocacy
• Running your own caseload independently
• Leading and supporting the public law team
• Providing training and guidance as required
• Supporting the Head of Department in managing the firm-wide public law team

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will bring:

• Minimum 5 years PQE in public law (children panel accreditation essential)
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and IT skills
• Ability to manage and support a team
• Professional, friendly, and collaborative working style
• A car available for work-related travel
