Tempting recruitment is working with our client who is looking to expand their award-winning team of MORTGAGE ADVISERS with experienced, highly motivated and hard-working self-employed advisers who are ready to make an impact and take their business to the next level.


Job Role: Mortgage Advisor
Location: Fully remote
Work Type: Self-Employed
Rate of Pay: Commission based due to self-employed role but financial support given for first 3 months  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Working with experienced mentors.
• Offer a complete support package including marketing, compliance and business development.
• Self generating leads but will also provide leads.
• Provided fully dedicated administrator.
• Supportive team/culture.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.
• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a mortgage adviser.
• CAS – Competent Adviser Status.
• Be able to self generate leads.
