Position: Public Law Solicitor – Family Department
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Bolton (Newport Street) / Bury
Work Type: Permanent


JOB DESCRIPTION You will be responsible for a varied caseload involving:

• Care and public law matters
• Managing and running your own files independently
• Undertaking your own advocacy
• Overseeing and supporting the public law team
• Providing training and guidance as required

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years PQE in public law (children/family panel accreditation desirable)
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and IT abilities
• A professional, approachable manner and ability to work within a team
• A car available for work-related travel
