Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Milton Keynes or Bedfordshire. 
 

Position: Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor                      
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000         
Location: Buckinghamshire or Bedfordshire (Hybrid)                          
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Deal with Residential Property transactions from start to finish.
• Provide an excellent service to clients, offering high levels of Residential Property advice. 
• Support team members with workload and assist with the development of junior team members.
• Partake in networking to build firm reputation and develop connections. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Residential Property law.
• Strong communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to advise junior staff to support their development.
