Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a global law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Associate to join their Litigation team based in New York City.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• An associate with at least three years of experience is needed to join the team at my client's industry-leading litigation practice.
• From startups to the top tech firms in the world, you will work with a variety of clients.
• You will offer strategic advice to organizations as well as litigate high-profile issues.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE 

• J.D. from a recognized law school. 
• 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a Copyright, Trademark, Trade Secret, Consumer Class Action or Complex Commercial Litigation. 
• Be in good standing with the state bar.
