Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in East Midlands, are looking for an experienced HR Systems & Data Advisor to join their team and play a crucial role in their HR operations.   

Position: HR Systems & Data Advisor
Rate: £21.94 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (June 2026) with Possible Extension  
Working Arrangement: Mainly Remote

Purpose:

• You'll be responsible for a range of system, data and administrative tasks. Play a key part in maintaining accurate HR information, support reporting activity and helping colleagues across the service with day to day system updates.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Update and maintain the Oracle Fusion HR system (including HR, establishment, and position data).
  
• Carry out routine and ad hoc data analysis checks and undertake corrections where required.
• Support the team to monitor the shared inboxes and the HR query system.
• Handle all data securely and in line with GDPR.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a HR Systems & Data Advisor or equivalent.
• Experience of using Oracle Fusion HR system and updating and maintaining information.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
