SOLICITOR or CONVEYANCER - (Residential or Commercial property)

Position: Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer – Residential or Commercial Property
Salary: Dependant on experience and PQE
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

Managing a quality caseload of residential or commercial property matters.
Ensuring compliance with risk management and regulatory requirements.
Communicating professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
Handling all aspects of property transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Contributing to the growth and development of the property department.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE (or equivalent experience).
Strong experience in residential or commercial property law.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage own caseload and meet performance targets.
Clear and concise communication skills.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork.
