Position: Solicitor or CILEX - Dispute resolution 
Salary: Dependant on experience and PQE       
Location: Kingsbridge (Hybrid)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• have significant knowledge and experience of litigation within the County Courts and / or the High Court.
• have experience of some or all of the following areas.
• commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
• commercial litigation including JVA disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes.
• disputes concerning easements/restrictive covenants including injunctive proceedings, boundary disputes, adverse possession and property damage claims.
• Residential Possession claims.
• Contentious trusts and probate disputes.
• Construction dispute.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE (or equivalent experience)
• experience working in a dispute resolution team.
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet expectations.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and department growth.
