Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in South London, are looking for an experienced Project Support Administrator to join their team and play a crucial role in their planning and transport operations. 

Position: Project Support Administrator
Rate: £35 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (3 Months) with Possible Extension 
Working Arrangement: 3 days in the office

Job Purpose: 

• To manage the Council’s Section 106 management, monitoring, recovery and assignment function.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Chair the Section 106 Framework Group and manage the functions of the Section 106 Framework Group.
• Manage and ensure that the Council’s Uniform IT Planning System (or equivalent) is up to date in terms of monitoring Section 106 agreements that are extant, entered into, payment triggers and payments received.
• Manage and ensure the implementation of the Section 106 recovery processes for the tasks across the Section 106 Framework Group.
• Manage and ensure responses to enquires and freedom of information requests regarding Section 106 management, monitoring, recovery and assignment.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Project Support Administrator role or equivalent.
• Good understanding of planning process.
• Understanding of infrastructure planning.
• Understanding of legislation and regulations related to Section 106 and CIL.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
