Job DescriptionThe duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
Drafting, reviewing, and preparing all necessary legal documentation for conveyancing matters.
Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals.
Ensuring all transactions comply with relevant regulations, legal requirements, and internal procedures.
Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date case records and producing high‑quality work within required timeframes.
Resolving property related legal issues and offering clear, practical advice to clients.
Assisting with business development activities or contributing to departmental improvement initiatives where appropriate.
The Successful Candidate The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer.
Experience in conveyancing or property law, with the ability to manage residential transactions confidently.
Proficiency in preparing legal documents and managing multiple cases efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and professional colleagues.
