Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in South East London , are looking for an Adult Social Worker to work within the Joint Emergency team.

Position: Social Worker - Joint Emergency Team.
Rate: £32.35 p/h (Umbrella) 
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension 
Essentials: 
- Confident Adult Social Worker with at least 2 years experience
- Enhanced DBS required for this position
- Registered with SWE 
- Social Work Qualification

Purpose:

• Managing referrals, through the front door service, and assessing Adults needs, providing the right support within the service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Present assessments and reports at a high quality level and support safeguarding enquiries.
• Complete relevant assessments, reports and care packages in a timely accurate manner.
• Dealing with complex risk management and supporting Adults in high risk situations.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years experience, within Adult Social Care.
• Experience completing Continuing Health Care assessments. 
• Experience with holding own caseload, producing high quality assessments and reports.
