Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in South West England, are looking for an Adults Social Worker to work in the Safeguarding Service

Position: Adults Social Worker
Rate: £32 per hour (Umbrella) 
Contract Duration: 4 months with Possible Extension 
Essentials: 
- Confident, experienced Social Worker in Adults Safeguarding.
- Enhanced DBS required for this position
- Registered with SWE 
- Recognised Social Work Qualification

Purpose:

• Working within Adults Safeguarding to support a busy service, through triage to end point decisions. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Multi agency working, through meetings and discussion. 
• Improve outcomes, and promote the welfare/safety of Adults within the team.
• Understanding risk, wishes and concerns of service users to maintain strong working relationships
• Assist with initials referrals and decision making processes in line with legislation and guidance.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years experience, within Adult Social Care.
• Must be a car driver
• Experience with holding own caseload, producing high quality assessments and reports.
