Role: Corporate Solicitor
Experience: 1–4 PQE (flexible)

Salary: Dependent on Experience


Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Supporting the Corporate team with corporate agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture arrangements, share option work, family investment companies, family charters, and corporate reorganisations.
• A strong focus on transactional work, acting for serial acquirers, often private‑equity backed.
• Providing support with and advising clients on non‑transactional matters.
• Coordinating due diligence activities with specialist teams across the firm.
• Preparing company secretarial documentation and required filings.
• Managing your own caseload and collaborating with colleagues, depending on the complexity of each matter.
• Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives to help grow the Corporate, Commercial & Finance department.
• Staying up‑to‑date with legal developments and participating in regular technical training sessions.

The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous corporate experience (advantageous but not essential).
• A commercially minded approach with strong interest in transactional work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Accurate typing and data‑input abilities.
• A collaborative, team‑focused mindset.
• A flexible, proactive approach to work.
• Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• The confidence to take ownership and responsibility for their work.
