Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in North London, are looking for an experienced Estate Services Coordinator to join their team and play a crucial role in their  estate services operations.        

Position: Estate Services Coordinator
Rate: £32.06 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (May 2026) Possible Extension  

Job Purpose:

• To ensure estates are maintained at the highest possible standards of cleanliness, fire and general safety, security, and appearance.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for monitoring and taking corrective actions of services associated with estate management functions, such as waste and recycling, grounds/greenspace maintenance, communal repairs, and estate lighting.
• Leading a team of caretakers, responsible for all aspects of their line management.
• To work collaboratively, developing strong working relationships with other teams and partner agencies, such as refuse, repairs, new build and project teams, tenancy management, community safety, police etc.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within an Estate Services Coordinator role or equivalent.
• Skills, knowledge and experience of Health and Safety legislation and practice, relevant to the provision of caretaking and estate services. 
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
