 Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in London, are looking for an Occupational Therapist to work within the Reablement team.

Position: Occupational Therapist - Reablement
Rate: £40.51 p/h (Umbrella) 
Contract Duration:  3 months with Possible Extension 
Essentials: 
- Experienced within Reablement and Manual Handling
- Enhanced DBS required for this position
- Registered with HCPC
- Recognised Occupational Therapy Qualification

Purpose:

• Working within the Reablement to promote independence through holistic assessments, clinical advice and guidance around manual handling. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Support service users with a range of health conditions ensure high quality assessments are taking in line with frameworks and legislations.
• Support with hospital discharges and prevent future hospital admissions. 
• Reablement and Manual Handling on both complex and standard cases.
• Prioritise and plan own work load, in a top quality, timely manner.
• Multi Agency Working

Job Requirements:

• 3 years experience within an OT role.
• Experience with Reablement and Manual Handling.
• Experience with holding own caseload, producing high quality assessments and reports.
