Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property team in Wiltshire. 
 
Position: Legal Secretary - Commercial Property                      
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience        
Location: Wiltshire                          
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Provide support to a fee-earner to enable them to work at optimum efficiency. 
• Complete legal documentation work including high volume word processing using the firm's case management system. 
• Attend to clients on the phone and in person.
• Set up new files correctly and efficiently on instruction from fee earner. 
• Produce client invoices.  

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary. 
• Excellent typing skills and comfortable with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Self-organised and proactive.
