Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor (Head of Department) to join their team in Norfolk. 
 
Position: Private Client Solicitor (Head of Department)                    
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience        
Location: Norfolk                          
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Manage all aspects of the Private Client department, providing thorough knowledge and developing strategic plans to support this. 
• Undertake fee-earning work and maintain professional relationships with staff and clients. 
• Supervise the fee-earning work f junior members in the team.
• Maintain up-to-date files and comply with the firms policy on file management. 
• Manage cash low through efficient billing and payment procedures. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years PQE and have previous experience in all matters of Private Client Law. 
• STEP Membership (preferred but not essential)
• The ability to build a client base and preferably have a network of contacts. 
• Excellent communication, both internally and externally.
