Role: Corporate Solicitor
Experience: (NQ–4 PQE)

Salary: Dependent on Experience


Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Corporate and shareholder agreements.
• Joint venture arrangements.
• Share option schemes.
• Family investment companies and family charters.
• Corporate reorganisations.
• Coordinate due diligence activities with specialist teams across the firm.
• Prepare company secretarial documentation and required filings.
• Manage your own caseload and collaborate with colleagues, depending on the complexity of each matter.
• Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives to help grow our Bournemouth office.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legal developments and participate in regular technical training sessions.

The Successful Candidate 
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous corporate experience (advantageous but not essential).
• A commercially minded approach with strong interest in transactional work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Accurate typing and data‑input abilities.
• A collaborative, team‑focused mindset.
• A flexible, proactive approach to work.
• Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• The confidence to take ownership and responsibility for their work.
