JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity, Deeds of Easement, and sales of part.
• Delivering excellent client service with strong communication throughout each transaction.
• Contributing to business development activities and building your own reputation within the local market.
• Working closely with a supportive and friendly team within a dynamic and expanding department recognised by Chambers UK and the Legal 500.
• Benefiting from flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and part‑time options designed to support work‑life balance.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE.
• Strong and in‑depth knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and client‑facing skills with a proactive, service‑driven approach.
• Confident, professional, and committed to business development.
• A team player who thrives in a supportive and friendly environment and is keen to advance their career.
