You will handle a varied caseload covering Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration matters. This position is well‑suited to a motivated, detail‑oriented, and client‑focused lawyer who is keen to make a meaningful contribution within a supportive and well‑established team.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration matters.
• Advising clients on: Wills, Probate, Court of Protection Deputyships, Powers of Attorney and Private Trusts & Settlements
• Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion.
• Supporting business development initiatives, including networking and attending industry events to positively represent the firm.
• Undertaking additional duties as required to support the department’s ongoing growth and development.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent experienced lawyer.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a busy Private Client department.
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration.
• Experience using case management systems and time‑recording software.
• Solid IT skills.
