We have an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our expanding and fast‑paced department. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. This position is perfect for a driven and experienced conveyancer who is looking to make a meaningful contribution within a supportive, friendly, and professional team.


Role: Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
Location: Coventry & Warwickshire
Experience: 3+ years in Residential Conveyancing
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including: Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages and New Build developments
• Handling files from initial instruction through to completion.
• Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
• Ensuring high standards of client care and service throughout each transaction.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will possess:

• Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer qualification. 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy residential conveyancing department.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the conveyancing process.
• Strong IT skills.
• Knowledge of Lexcel, SRA Standards & Regulations, and Money Laundering Regulations.
