Position: Property Solicitor                     
Salary: £70,000+        
Location: West London

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Draft legal and property contracts. 
• Cover Commercial Property matters.
• Exchange and complete contracts.
• Draft share purchase agreements. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Post Qualified with previous experience in Commercial and Residential Property matters.
• Able to work with various other legal professionals as part of a team. 
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally. 
• Previous experience of drafting contracts.
