Role: Litigation Solicitor (Property and Private Client)
Location:  Wanstead
Experience: 1+ years PQE

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Property matters (including ownership disputes, right of way disputes and boundary disputes, service charge disputes and right to manage claims.)
• Landlord and Tenant disputes (Residential and Commercial.)
• Probate Disputes including inheritance claims and will validity claims.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Qualified litigation solicitor with minimum 1 year PQE.
• Strong litigation knowledge and experience.
• Work autonomously with supervision.
• Able to work in a departmental billing target
