Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in East London, are looking for an experienced Service Lead - Street Cleansing to join their team and play a crucial role within their Street Cleansing & Pest Control operations.        

Position: Service Lead - Street Cleansing
Rate: £33.33 per hour (Umbrella, Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (6 Months) Possible Extension  

Job Purpose: 

• You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Street Cleansing and Pest Control, ensuring efficient and effective planning, operational management, delivery, maintenance and support for the services’ objectives borough wide.

Job Duties: 

• Leading and managing the Street Cleansing and Pest Control teams to deliver high-quality exemplary services.
• Implementing street cleansing and pest management strategies, policies and managing projects.
• Engaging with the community and stakeholders to promote street cleansing and pest control initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• Experience within a Service Lead - Street Cleansing role or equivalent.
• Extensive experience Street Cleansing and Pest Management or a related field.
• BCPA Level 2 Certificate in Pest Management.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
