Job Role: Caretaker
Temporary or Permanent: Temp
Possible End Date: 3 months (possible extension)
Location: Lewisham
Licence Required: Full UK Drivers Licence required
Rate of Pay: £19 p/h umbrella inside IR35

Short Brief/Requirement:
Physical role, cleaning our housing blocks,  moving bulky items, waste management on site and litter picking. customer services as dealing with resident queries on site

  Job Requirements:

• Have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience as a Caretaker or equivalent.
• Full UK Drivers Licence required
