Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Costs Team Leader to join their team in Liverpool. 

Position: Costs Team Leader          
Salary - Competitive + bonuses                
Location: Liverpool                       
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Provide supervision and performance management to a team of costs draftsmen and debt recovery officers.
• Run a small caseload of costs.
• Deal with Client Cost and Defendant Cost files.
• Deal with Points of Reply for the costs team. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Previous experience of working with costs and supervising a team.
• Strong and confident verbal and non-verbal communicator. 
• Proclaim and Costs Master experience.
• Able to work at pace and prioritise tasks.
