 Job Role: Private Property Lawyer
Temporary or Permanent: Perm 
Location: Shrewsbury, Telford and Wolverhampton
Hours: 35 
Rate of Pay: Competitive salary


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Dealing with; Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, reportages, new build transactions, and transfers of equity.
• Dealing with clients, agents, and referrers.
• Involvement with business development.
• Deadline driven environment.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Minimum 3 years PQE OR EQUIVILANT experience in a reputable firm
  
• Knowledge on Residential Conveyancing
• Ability to work independently.
• Will demonstrate a clear understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct in respect of referrals and of the Money Laundering Regulations.
