Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Hampshire, are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Manager to join their team and play a crucial role within their grounds maintenance operations.       

Position: Grounds Maintenance Manager
Rate: £38 per hour (Umbrella, Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (6 Months) with Possible Extension  
Working Arrangement: Office Based

Job Purpose: 

• Looking for a suitably qualified and professional manager to support and lead our grounds maintenance service area.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Grounds Maintenance Manager role or equivalent.
• A qualification in horticulture or other relevant discipline.
• Full driving license
• The post is based at our Wade Road depot and the role is based fully at this location with site visits being undertaken as part of the role.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
