The Executive Chef leads all culinary operations for a high-volume casino in Eagle Pass, bringing bold culinary vision and operational expertise to a dynamic, guest-focused food and beverage program. This role is responsible for menu development, kitchen leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of culinary quality, consistency, and financial performance across all casino dining outlets and event functions.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader within a high-volume casino, hotel, or similar full-service hospitality environment
• Strong culinary expertise with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute diverse, guest-driven menus across multiple outlet concepts while maintaining consistency, quality, and operational efficiency
• Demonstrated financial acumen with a track record of managing food costs, budgets, and kitchen operations to drive profitability and operational excellence across all casino dining venues

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations across all casino dining outlets and event functions, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution that aligns with the casino's brand standards and guest expectations
• Develop and execute innovative, concept-driven menus for each outlet that reflect a commitment to culinary excellence and deliver an exceptional guest dining experience across all casino food and beverage venues
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team while fostering a culture of culinary excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume casino environment
