Multi-Concept Restaurant Group seeks a Culinary Director to elevate culinary standards, systems, and profitability across three restaurants.
 
Qualifications:

• Multi-unit culinary leadership experience strongly preferred.
• High-end seafood and refined menu-development expertise required.
• Fine dining or elevated chef-driven restaurant experience.
• Strong menu engineering, food-cost management, and financial discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Lead culinary strategy, menu development, and execution across three concepts.
• Oversee recipe costing, purchasing, food cost, kitchen systems, and BOH standards.
• Coach and develop Executive Chefs while strengthening training and accountability.
• Partner with FOH leadership and ownership to improve consistency, efficiency, and profitability.
