Director of F&B
Location: Omaha, NE
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + Bonus

Property Description: High-volume, full-service luxury hotel with multiple outlets, banquet operations, and in-room dining.
 
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of senior F&B leadership experience in high-volume hotels or resorts
- Proven success managing multi-outlet operations and large-scale banquets
- Strong financial acumen with experience driving revenue and profitability
 
Requirements:
- Provide strategic leadership across all F&B outlets and banquet operations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and full P&L accountability
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large team while ensuring exceptional guest service
