A high volume Upscale restaurant in Charlotte is seeking a hands-on Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the beverage program while supporting overall restaurant operations: 
 
Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience with significant bar and beverage leadership responsibilities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, beverage trends, and the development and execution of successful beverage programs.
• Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, coaches and develops teams, and works collaboratively with culinary and restaurant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the beverage program, including cocktail development, training, beverage standards, seasonal programming, vendor relationships, and Team Member education.
• Oversee beverage costs, inventory, ordering, pricing, product mix, waste, and profitability while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Serve as an active Hospitality Manager, leading floor and bar execution, maintaining service standards, and creating memorable guest experiences.
