Upscale Neighborhood Restaurant in Brentwood seeks a Restaurant Manager/AGM to lead service, team development, and financial performance.
 
Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of AGM or Restaurant Manager experience in upscale full-service restaurants.
• Strong food, wine, and hospitality knowledge.
• Experience with scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost controls preferred.
• Collaborative leader skilled at building a strong neighborhood regulars culture.

 
Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations, service standards, staffing, and guest experience across the restaurant and café.
• Manage and develop FOH teams through consistent training, accountability, and floor leadership.
• Support labor, payroll, inventory, purchasing, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to maintain operational consistency and elevated hospitality standards.
