Salary: $115K-$130K annually + up to 20% bonus.

High-Volume Coastal Seafood Restaurant seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary vision, BOH performance, and scratch-cooking execution.
 
Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant generating $10M+ in annual revenue.
• Substantial seafood and coastal cuisine experience with a strong background in high-quality scratch cooking.
• Proven menu development experience with ownership of food cost, labor cost, budgeting, and culinary direction.
• Demonstrated leadership of large BOH teams; stable tenure and independent or chef-driven restaurant experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Set and execute the culinary vision while maintaining consistent food quality across high-volume services.
• Develop seasonal menus balancing creativity, scratch cooking, guest expectations, and disciplined cost controls.
• Hire, train, develop, and lead a BOH team of 50+ employees while building a respectful, accountable culture.
• Own kitchen financial performance, labor, food cost, sanitation, safety, operational efficiency, and service standards.
