Qualifications
Experience managing union staff in NYC
Three years Beverage management in luxury world class hotel or fine dining restaurants
Design, implement, and update drink menus, including specialty cocktails and classic beverages.
Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and motivate bar staff, including bartenders, barbacks, and other bar personnel.
Develop and manage the bar's budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and profitability targets are met.
