A high-volume French restaurant operation within a luxury hotel in Washington, DC is looking for a great Restaurant Manager to add to their team! 
 
Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or hotel-based dining
• Strong floor presence and passion for hospitality
• Experience managing high-volume service with attention to detail
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and French cuisine preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment 

Requirements:

• Lead and manage daily front-of-house operations
• Actively manage the dining room floor to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Train, coach, and develop service staff and supervisors
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Support special events, private dining, and hotel-driven initiatives
