The Catering Director leads all catering operations for the property, bringing strategic leadership and a deep passion for exceptional event experiences to a dynamic, guest-focused catering program. This role is responsible for driving revenue, developing and managing a high-performing catering team, and overseeing all aspects of catering sales, planning, and execution in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Catering Director or senior catering leadership role within a hotel, resort, university, or similar full-service hospitality environment
• Strong sales and operational skills with a demonstrated ability to drive catering revenue growth, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional event experiences across a diverse range of functions and clients
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing catering team while building and maintaining strong client relationships

Responsibilities

• Oversee all catering operations, including sales, event planning, and execution, ensuring exceptional service quality, guest satisfaction, and alignment with organizational brand standards across all catering functions
• Drive catering revenue through proactive sales efforts, strategic planning, and collaborative engagement with culinary, events, and leadership teams to maximize catering performance and growth
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing catering team while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, event-driven catering environment
