Luxury Fine Dining Restaurant seeks an Executive Pastry Sous Chef to lead precise pastry execution, team development, and daily operations.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Michelin-level pastry programs.
2+ years as a Pastry Sous Chef or in comparable fine-dining pastry leadership.
2-3 Michelin Star experience strongly preferred; exceptional 1-Star or comparable elite fine dining considered.
Advanced pastry technique with calm, organized, collaborative kitchen leadership.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily pastry prep, production, service, organization, and quality control.
Mentor pastry cooks while maintaining recipe accuracy, consistency, allergy protocols, and sanitation standards.
Manage ordering, inventory, waste, labor, and support food-cost tracking.
Support private events, buyouts, management planning, and consistent tasting-menu execution.
