The Restaurant General Manager leads all front-of-house and overall operations for a premier steakhouse within a casino in Reno, ensuring an exceptional dining experience that reflects the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence in a dynamic, guest-focused gaming and dining environment. This role is responsible for driving revenue, developing a high-performing team, and overseeing all operational and financial functions in a fast-paced, high-volume casino steakhouse setting.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role within an upscale or fine dining steakhouse, casino restaurant, or similar high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and optimizing overall restaurant performance within a casino or gaming environment
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while maintaining a culture of service excellence and accountability in a fast-paced casino dining setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations for the casino steakhouse, ensuring consistent food and beverage quality, exceptional guest satisfaction, and alignment with both the steakhouse and casino brand standards
• Drive financial performance through strategic planning, revenue optimization, cost control, and proactive management of all operational functions within the casino steakhouse environment
• Recruit, mentor, and develop restaurant leadership and service teams while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement in a premier Reno casino dining destination
